Review: Mary Kay Satin Lips Lip Balm

image from Mary Kay

Happy evening!

I am having blog post frenzy and I love it. My mum just came home from work and she gave me a gift from my cousin Ate Ayin. She also gave my mum something but am not sure what it is.

I will be doing a review about it as well since it is quite a new product for me. This is the Mary Kay Satin Lips Lip Balm and based on their website it costs $ 10.00 or roughly  444.74. This is just like any other lip balm; they are made to help us with dry and chapped lips.

Here is the box and the tube of the lip balm.

★ it does not have any scent
     ★ it is hypoallergenic
★ it does not sting at all

Here is a closer look of the product.

★ it stays on for quite a short period of time
★ I had trouble opening it up when I first tried it
★ I hate the fact that I need to twist a cap to use it
★ it takes like oil to me

I love that it does not sting but I hate the fact that it is in a tube that I need to twist a cap to be able to use it. The first time that I used it is that I needed to use my teeth to open it. I was supposed to give it a five but the cap let me down.

I did a swatch of the product as well.

I will definitely recommend this product for those girls with sensitive lips. There are many lip balms that irritates the lip but this one is hypoallergenic which is good. I like the simple yet sophisticated packaging. This is the first time that I saw a lip balm in a box.

Thank you so much for reading this post. I really appreciate it. God bless all of you.

Stay gorgeous!

  4. It looks good and I like that it's hypo-allergenic. Me too muffin, I don't like lip balms in tubes, they're annoying! Thanks for the review :)
