Spilling the tea (pun intended)

We drink tea to calm our nerves, to get ready for bed or just be casually chatting with a friend eating scones. It has been a huge part of the United Kingdom's tradition since the eighteenth century and 2,000 years ago (during the Han Dynasty) drinking tea became a part of the Chinese history. It has been a part of our lives for the longest time and you can drink it at any time of the day.

Chinesetea4u is a site that focused on the traditional pu'er tea and they offer customers with different types of tea from loose leaves to pressed fermented leaves. I love that each product indicates how you should store them, where the origin is and how long you can keep them. You can find the perfect cup of tea in their site and with their wide variety of products, you'll surely enjoy looking for the best tea leaves.

The first tea that I will be talking about is the Pu'er tea. It is basically a fermented type of tea and is pressed in a variety of shape. The taste of the tea varies based on how long it has matured and usually comes out green or yellow once prepared. These are also labeled depending on when it was produced and from what region it came from.

Upon researching about the history of tea, the majority of the production of pu'er tea comes from the Yunnan province. These pressed tea can be wrapped in cotton cloth, cotton paper of even in gold paper. Just like these Yunnan Pu'erh Tea that are beautifully wrapped in gold and looks like gold nuggets.

Tea can help with digestion, remove stress and lose weight. The fact that different mixes and tea leaves can be matched to what you are feeling is amazing. Such as weight loss tea, I have tried a couple of these that are locally sold in the Philippines and they helped with constipation and digestion. Yes, these can help you lose weight but you should not overdo it because it might also have side effects on your body.

Who knew that you can look for your perfect cup of tea online and have it delivered to your doorsteps. In addition to all of the information included in each product, you will also be able to get a warranty period for whatever item you purchase. Try browsing the Chinesetea4u.com site and find your perfect match.

Thank you for reading and have a great week ahead!
