Good day my dear roses! I have been looking for an easy workout that I can do whenever I am at home. Since I don't have the budget to go to the gym, I went ahead and scoured through the internet to look for a solution. While I was browsing through Facebook, Krys Uy posted something about her workout and luckily it is a mobile app. I went ahead and checked the app, read the reviews and then downloaded it after.
