Poetry Time: Mysterious Girl

I have always been behind the lines,

hiding behind the pines.

I wear a mask,

so that no one would ask.

I feel so ugly,

feeling so unlucky.

People tease me,

they always look at me differently.

When will they see the beauty in me

so that I won't be hiding in mystery.

I want to open up,

even if am not on top.

I just want to be appreciated

and not evaded and wasted.

No more mysterious girl,

I want to be THAT girl.
